How it works

01It writes the tasksEvery 30 minutes the brain reads what changed in your connected tools and adds what needs doing to a Tasks table, with a priority and an owner.
02Agents take themEach task goes to its own chat, where an agent works with the same files, tables and connectors your team uses. You can open the chat and read along.
03People decideA task that needs an approval or a fact only a person has moves to Needs a person and waits for them. The agent picks it up again once they answer.

You stay in control

Off until you switch it onThe brain only runs after a person in your workspace turns it on, and an admin can pause it at any time.
A budget you setAn admin sets what the brain may spend and how it splits across kinds of work. When the budget is used, scheduled runs stop.
Every change is keptEach edit to a task is recorded with the chat that made it, so you can see who moved what and why.
